Key Responsibilities
Serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating complex analytical findings into actionable insights Leads patient and consumer journey analytics, delivering insights into engagement, adherence, and retention Drives advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling and performance analytics to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in data analytics, finance, business, engineering, or related field (Required) 10-15+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or performance governance roles (Required) Experience leading analytics teams at the Director level or above (Required) Knowledge of the patient access and specialty pharmacy ecosystem (Required) Proficiency with modern analytics and business intelligence tools (Required)
