A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Accounting, Growth Services.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX Manage the month-end close process and collaborate on KPI analysis and budget preparation Supervise the accounting team and lead process improvement projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 10+ years of accounting experience in a senior management role, preferably at a publicly traded company Experience in insurance brokerage is highly preferred CPA certification is required Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience in a SOX environment
