Key Responsibilities
Complete health plan enrollment requests from application retrieval to notifying clients upon completion Research and resolve payer-related issues with minimal oversight Maintain accurate enrollment records and ensure all supporting documentation is complete
Required Qualifications
4+ years of payer enrollment experience with various health plans Expertise in using GSuite tools, including GSheets, GDocs, and GMail Strong understanding of the Medicaid enrollment process Experience with complex enrollment packages and documentation requirements Ability to establish relationships with payer representatives and contracting departments
