A company is looking for a Senior Representative, Enrollment (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Resolve eligibility issues and verify member health insurance details Analyze complex member eligibility issues and provide resolutions to internal and external partners Train new staff and assist in enrollment-related special projects and audits
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in health care or customer/provider services Experience in data processing and proofing Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs Experience in managing simultaneous projects and tasks
