Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and management of the department's annual roadmap, translating organizational priorities into actionable projects Oversee day-to-day operations of the Data, Analytics, Engineering & Technology department, ensuring clear goals and accountability Manage the organization's approach to AI, ensuring responsible and effective use of AI tools and technologies
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in progressive political organizations or mission-driven institutions Demonstrated ability to lead projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments Experience managing and developing staff with strong people leadership skills Experience in data, analytics, engineering, or technology roles Familiarity with tools commonly used in progressive organizing and campaigns
