Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development and manage senior relationships within the community channel Oversee the onboarding process for new partners and ensure compliance with all requirements Track partner performance and collaborate with internal teams to optimize engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in channel development, business development, or enterprise account management Proven ability to manage new business acquisition and senior-level partner relationships Strong operational and compliance understanding for documentation-heavy onboarding processes Analytical mindset with proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems Background in mortgage lending, financial services, or manufactured housing is a plus
