Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service through social media and phone interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems Effectively multitask between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written communication skills Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, including 6 months in a virtual call center Sales-focused mindset with a proven ability to upsell products and services Must possess a GED or High School Diploma and be at least 18 years old Must reside in Texas and pass a background screening
