Key Responsibilities
Create and execute Account/Customer plans aligned with regional and global marketing strategies Identify new business opportunities and negotiate customer contracts Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and drive innovation
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in commercial roles, sales, and key account management Minimum Bachelor's Degree in business management or related field Experience in the paints and coatings industry or B2B environment Understanding of financial concepts related to sales and cost to serve Proficiency in computer and presentation skills
