Key Responsibilities
Manage and investigate workers' compensation claims to ensure compliance with regulations Evaluate claims and determine appropriate resolutions, including settlements and denials Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, and legal teams to facilitate claim processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation claims handling Relevant industry certifications or licenses preferred Strong understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulations Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously Proficient in claims management software and technology
