Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of RCM Account Managers, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture Serve as the executive liaison for C-suite stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and strategic engagement Develop KPIs and performance metrics to track service delivery and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare operations 5+ years in a leadership role managing client-facing account management teams Proven track record with enterprise-level clients, including engagement with C-suite executives Deep knowledge of end-to-end RCM processes and experience with RCM platforms
