Key Responsibilities
Review closed loan packages for compliance and proper execution of documents Perform detailed post-closing analysis to ensure adherence to Agency program guidelines Enter loan data into relevant systems and prepare loan files for delivery to agencies and investors
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of mortgage industry concepts and government insuring processes Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite and Encompass 360 Ability to work independently and analyze data with limited supervision Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
