Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Executive Casino Host team, focusing on performance and mentorship Establish goals for VIP acquisition and retention, and monitor host performance against KPIs Ensure compliance with responsible gaming standards and manage VIP comp budgets effectively
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in casino, iGaming, or VIP player development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong understanding of VIP player lifecycle management and host relationship strategies Experience with CRM platforms and analytics tools Knowledge of responsible gaming regulations and compliance requirements Ability to travel and attend off-property events
