A company is looking for a Managing Director, Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide coaching and consultation to leaders on workplace issues and conflict resolution Analyze data related to employee relations matters to enhance staff experience Manage compliance tracking and updates for HR policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of related Human Resources experience, preferably in Employee Relations Expertise in managing complex employee relations matters, including investigations Certification in conflict management or workplace investigations is preferred Experience in utilizing HRIS systems and analyzing data for strategic recommendations Strong organizational and time management abilities
