A company is looking for a Spanish Customer Service Representative (TX/ID/NV).
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, chats, SMS, and emails providing excellent customer support Research and resolve customer complaints to ensure retention and satisfaction Coordinate with other departments and follow up on written correspondence as necessary
Required Qualifications
Fluent in both English and Spanish High School Diploma Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to type 50+ words per minute 1+ years in customer service, help desk, or call center experience preferred
