A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to manage the technical aspects of enterprise client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Join sales conversations to assess client technical needs and AI maturity, translating requirements into implementation plans Set up and configure the platform for enterprise clients, writing and refining system prompts and orchestrating platform features Act as the technical liaison for Customer Success and Sales teams, resolving issues and optimizing client configurations based on feedback
Required Qualifications
Proven experience working directly with clients, including C-Level executives at large organizations Experience in configuring enterprise platforms, with a background in implementation, onboarding, or solutions engineering Strong prompt engineering skills and understanding of LLM behavior Ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical audiences Highly organized and capable of managing multiple client implementations simultaneously
