A company is looking for a Sr. Absence Consultant - Paid Family Medical Leave - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Participates in finalist meetings and capabilities meetings to present absence and Paid Family Medical Leave solutions Develops relationships within the broker network and collaborates with Distribution to create competitor-specific sales strategies Acts as primary support for the RFP team and reviews non-standard claim administration requests
Required Qualifications
College degree or equivalent work experience 8-10 years of relevant experience Extensive knowledge of Paid Family and Medical Leave High school diploma required
