Senior Product Owner and Atlassian Lead

A company is looking for a Senior Product Owner/Atlassian Lead to assist with a classified project in support of the DHA, working fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
Lead execution of SDLC Next delivery, managing backlog and translating stakeholder needs into prioritized user stories Oversee ITSM operations and platform sustainment, ensuring accountability for incidents, service requests, and workflow management Plan and execute platform enhancements and roadmap delivery, ensuring alignment with DHMS SDLC modernization priorities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product ownership, SDLC delivery, or platform management in enterprise or federal environments Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery, including backlog management and release coordination Strong understanding of the full SDLC lifecycle, including requirements, testing, and deployment Experience supporting ITSM operations alongside product development Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM), including configuration and administration
