Key Responsibilities
Build customized customer journeys in Marketing Cloud using database management and data extensions Optimize Salesforce reports and automations to monitor and enhance KPIs Manage technical production and deployment activities for various email campaigns within SFMC
Required Qualifications and Education
2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Development and Administration Marketing Cloud Certification is strongly preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively Strong business acumen with a proven track record of delivering results
