Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery workshops and technical demos connecting FSO and CRM solutions to financial services challenges Partner with sales to build pipeline, shape account strategy, and advance deals Guide strategic programs in top accounts and facilitate outcome-based value conversations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience with CRM or Enterprise Application platforms Strong financial services background in banking, insurance, wealth management, or payments Experience with the ServiceNow platform or equivalent cloud SaaS technical depth Proven collaboration skills across Sales, Product Management, and Professional Services Experience integrating AI into workflows or customer-facing processes
