A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Account Administrator (Manager). Key Responsibilities

Manage and service retirement plan accounts while ensuring client satisfaction and regulatory compliance Respond to plan sponsors' requests and coordinate with specialists for necessary actions Develop and recommend improvements to workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 1 year, or 4 years of equivalent experience 3-5 years of defined contribution plan administration or management experience Strong background in customer service and relationship management Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint Understanding of ERISA, DOL, IRS regulatory issues, and roles in qualified plans
