Senior Federal Acquisition Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Acquisition Specialist to support Federal leasing and space acquisition procurement actions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage Procurement Request (PR) packages for leasing and space acquisition activities Maintain accurate electronic records and monitor open commitments to ensure compliance with fiscal law and agency policies Provide technical guidance on PR processing and reconcile prior-year budgets to maximize fund utilization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in Federal leasing, space acquisition, or related procurement functions Prior experience with GSA leasing processes and lease documentation preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and PowerPoint Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance; travel may be required
