A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 Sales CRM Architect.
Key Responsibilities
Define CRM platform strategy, roadmap, and architectural direction with business and IT leadership Oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of CRM solutions, ensuring adherence to SDLC controls Provide architectural guidance and support for planning, business cases, and prioritization decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience or 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree 6+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales in enterprise environments Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, and CRM business processes Experience designing and governing multi-environment, enterprise-scale SaaS implementations Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and architecture governance
