A company is looking for an Executive Director, Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and select components of the Supply Network including manufacturing organizations and critical material providers Lead assessments of suppliers and negotiate major contracts related to manufacturing and logistics management Manage and optimize the Supply Chain function to ensure timely and cost-effective management of materials and products
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in life sciences is required; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred 15+ years in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical operations, including 5+ years in strategic sourcing or supply chain leadership Direct experience in cell therapy, including clinical-stage operations and readiness for commercial launch Proven track record in managing complex global supply chains with a focus on cost and service optimization Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across functional groups and engage stakeholders at all levels
