Key Responsibilities
Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, or private insurance carriers Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent 1 year or more customer service experience Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
