Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and deployment of high-impact machine learning models to identify and mitigate financial loss Pioneer the technical strategy for an in-house claims detection engine to reduce vendor dependency Design models to proactively detect emerging claims cost trends and provide early warnings on potential medical expense inflation
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a quantitative role, such as Data Science, ML Engineering, or Actuarial Science 4+ years of experience utilizing large-scale healthcare financial data in a payer setting Expert-level fluency in Python and SQL Practical experience implementing and maintaining Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models
