A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies in partnership with practice office leadership to enhance the employee experience Design and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent and consult with managers on staffing needs Drive performance management processes and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of HR leadership experience in a law firm or professional services environment Proven expertise in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy development Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a consultative approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems
