A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct discovery and requirements refinement sessions to identify business, functional, and technological needs Create user stories and solution design documentation based on synthesized requirements Design and configure Salesforce solutions, manage custom development specifications, and deliver training to end users
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Salesforce administration or consulting experience, with a background in project coordination or business analysis Salesforce Administrator certification required; Business Analyst certification preferred Experience in defining business processes and gathering Salesforce requirements across multiple stakeholders Proven ability to support Salesforce deployments, including data migrations and third-party integrations Skilled in Google Workspace and Salesforce products, with experience in process automation to improve efficiency
