A company is looking for a Director of Employer Partnerships to build and scale partnerships with employers hiring program graduates.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and close employer partnerships aligned with program tracks in various industries Partner with state agencies to grow registered apprenticeship programs and educate employers on their benefits Manage employer partnership KPIs and provide market intelligence to inform program design
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in employer partnerships, business development, or workforce sales Proven track record of building employer hiring pipelines and closing agreements Familiarity with workforce development, registered apprenticeships, and employer-sponsored training models Experience working with HR and talent acquisition functions at large employers Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven pipeline management
