Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end design strategy for educator onboarding and engagement experiences Conduct strategic user research to uncover core challenges educators face and synthesize findings into actionable insights Drive design excellence and maintain high-quality standards across all projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a professional UX Designer with a focus on end-to-end design initiatives A strong portfolio showcasing leadership in UX/Product design, particularly in onboarding or engagement projects Proven track record of conducting user research and usability testing that informs strategic product decisions Experience designing for educators or complex enterprise users Advanced prototyping skills and a deep passion for educational technology
