Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of Territory Account Managers Drive successful regional execution of the commercial launch strategy and expand the treatment ecosystem Foster strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and behavioral health systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred) 8-10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience 5+ years of first-line sales leadership experience Demonstrated success launching specialty or neuroscience therapies Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets
