A company is looking for an Associate Director, Finance & Grants Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of federal, state, and foundation grants, ensuring compliance with regulations Partner with program teams to develop and monitor grant budgets and financial performance Support audit readiness by maintaining documentation and preparing financial analyses
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in grants finance or nonprofit finance Knowledge of OMB Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) and grant compliance Experience managing or supporting federal and/or state grants Expertise with Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills
