A company is looking for a Collections Specialist III who will manage customer accounts and assist with collections.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of 450+ customer accounts Process accounts receivable reporting for Sales/Operations and Accounting Assist customers with billing questions and provide necessary documents
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED 3 years of accounts receivable experience managing high volume commercial accounts Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience with Trend software is a plus Ability to act with integrity and maintain customer trust
