Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee claim systems, ensuring proper functionality and maintenance Oversee claim system access, control programs, and integrations with regulatory entities Provide direction and support to claims customer service leadership and claims systems analysts
Required Qualifications
Minimum of six years of relevant commercial claims experience At least three years of experience in a leadership role Strong knowledge of Claim Systems (ClaimCenter, ImageRight, Mitchell) Working knowledge of claims workflow, systems, and procedures Solid knowledge of insurance principles, rules, and regulations
