Key Responsibilities
Lead project teams for system work efforts and gather user requirements Configure and maintain enterprise systems, troubleshoot issues, and support end users Develop documentation, test scripts, and participate in training for end users
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience in configuring enterprise software and providing technical assistance Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse and Power Platform tools Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server Experience in developing and maintaining APIs and integrations with third-party applications
