A company is looking for an Employee Communications Manager, People Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel employee communications for People & Places programs Serve as a trusted communications partner to PPL leaders, providing counsel on messaging and communication planning Measure and analyze communications effectiveness, translating insights into actionable recommendations for improvement
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in communications related to employees, human resources, or business Technical communications experience preferred Ability to develop communications strategies aligned with business objectives Experience supporting multi-channel employee communications Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders
