Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team and partners in customer projects Conduct presentations on services during customer visits and web meetings Assist in technical tenders and proposal processes
Required Qualifications
Completed training, degree, or comparable qualification in the IT technical field Initial professional experience in support, presales, or IT solutions consulting, preferably in IT security Ability to communicate professionally with customers and partners in German and English; French is a plus Passion for optimizing processes and structures Willingness to travel
