A company is looking for an Advancement Officer, Individual Giving who will manage donor relationships and fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing and prospective donors, serving as a primary contact or support for internal leads Develop and execute tailored donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans Represent the organization at networking opportunities to identify and engage potential donors
Required Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus Experience in engaging high net worth individuals and senior executives Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce Strong project management skills, with experience using project management tools Familiarity with the Google suite
