A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist II - Milestone Processing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the foreclosure process for assigned mortgage loans and ensure timely completion according to investor guidelines Communicate with foreclosure attorneys to resolve issues and provide status updates to investors during the foreclosure process Generate reports and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
A combined 3 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in a Default Servicing related field Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software Experience in Default Servicing, such as Collections, REO, or Loss Mitigation Ability to understand and analyze legal documents Knowledge of mortgage products, including home equity loans and lines of credit
