Santa Barbara, CA, United States Job ID: 15238 Join Syneos Health in partnership with a large Biopharmaceutical company as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR). This role focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders in the assigned territory. Responsibilities

Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan. Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers. Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory. Deliver clinical brand specific presentations of product(s) to physicians and other healthcare professionals. Develop a complete understanding of the healthcare delivery system at each customer site. Develop deep product and competitor knowledge and understanding of local and regional market trends. Analyze local trends and identify long‑ and short‑term goals for a strong product business plan. Collaborate with peers in the sales organization, brand team, and other support partners to deliver an extraordinary customer experience. Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities. Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner. Execute the company brand strategy and tactics within the assigned geographic area. Participate in training and development programs. Maintain adherence and compliance with all corporate, industry policies and procedures. Qualifications

BA/BS degree required, Life Sciences preferred. 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience. Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships, and influence prescribing habits. Ability to learn, apply, and communicate product and disease state knowledge. Proven track record of exceeding results. Team player who can also work independently, highly collaborative and motivated to succeed. Strong communication, business analytics and account management skills. Desired Requirements

Respiratory experience. Salary

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000. Commission and bonus may also be earned based on performance. Benefits
