Position Overview: As a
Community Engagement Associate , you’ll represent nonprofit campaigns at local events and retail locations. You’ll interact directly with the public, share important causes, and help drive participation in fundraising efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced, purpose-driven team.
Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit clients at community and retail event locations
Engage with the public to share campaign information and goals
Encourage participation and support for fundraising initiativesWork toward daily and weekly outreach targets
Maintain a professional and positive presence at all times
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with new people
Background in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality is a plus (not required)
Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Must be at least 18 years old
Compensation:
Performance-based pay structure
Typical earnings:
$500–$800 per week , depending on results
