San Diego’s St. Paul's PACE program (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly). This innovative program is for individuals 55 years or older, who are living with chronic illness or disabilities and need coordinated medical care to continue living as independently as possible in their home and community. The healthcare teams at St. Paul’s PACE provide a hands‑on approach coordinating medical, social, and home care services so individuals no longer need to manage their medical care alone.
Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Enrollment Manager, educates potential enrollees about St. Paul’s PACE services and obtains initial screening information to help determine their eligibility for enrollment. Additionally, helps with organizing office materials and data entry into Excel.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Respond to all phone and online inquiries to identify how St. Paul’s PACE can meet their needs
Be knowledgeable about St. Paul’s PACE and alternatives to St. Paul’s PACE Share the value of St. Paul’s PACE services with potential enrollees passionately and frequently
Be knowledgeable of other services that are provided by St. Paul’s Senior Services and how to transfer a caller to those services
Provide materials as requested by prospective enrollees
Answer inbound calls & emails and consistently make outbound calls with the goal of enrollment.
Follow department guidelines and timelines for following up with prospective enrollees
Log all call activity and information into a CRM or lead tracking tool (e.g., Excel)
Provide process improvement recommendations to other team members and leaders
Miscellaneous tasks given by Management Team and/or colleagues, including marketing activities and enrollment procedures
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: 2 years of work experience in a patient‑facing role and working in a call center and/or working with seniors is preferred.
Flexible Vacation Time - 17 days!
Paid Sick Time
Education reimbursement - up to $3,000 a year!
Qualified Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) employer

You must be able to clear fingerprints through DOJ and FBI in addition to a drug screen clearance.
