Title Customer Service Representative
Location Huntsville, AL (4 Days in Office, 1 Remote)
Reports To Customer Service Manager

Position Purpose Operate as the liaison between the customer, the Sales Team, and production/manufacturing.
Representative Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate with internal and external customers in a timely, helpful, and professional manner via phone, email, and live chat.
Correctly and timely entry of orders into Lakeland’s ERP (Sage) system.
Be knowledgeable of technical/performance aspects of Lakeland & competitors’ products and able to cross products.
Maintain paperless filing system as needed.
Enter RGA requests into the computer system.
Perform various administrative duties or functions as needed.
Take initiative and complete tasks timely.
Support and uphold the three pillars: Respect, Communication, and Accountability.
Be proficient in the use of Lakeland’s CRM (Salesforce) system.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements
Data entry experience
Customer service experience
Detail‑oriented
Ability to professionally communicate via both verbal and written skills
MUST be able to multitask
Preferences Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
Minimum Education/Experience Education High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience NA
Preferred Education/Experience Education Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Experience Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
Required Licensure/Certification/Registration NA
