Financial Planning And Analysis Role
Location: The Woodlands, TX This is a highly visible, commercially focused FP&A role designed for someone who wants to understand how a business grows and directly influence that growth. This individual will sit at the intersection of finance, marketing, and operations, owning revenue and subscriber analytics while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership. The role goes beyond reporting. It requires someone who can translate data into clear insights, challenge assumptions, and help drive better business decisions. Core Responsibilities
Own the Business Narrative: Analyze monthly performance across revenue, subscriber growth, and acquisition costs Identify key drivers of performance and clearly communicate the 'why' Deliver insights that inform leadership decisions Drive Growth Insights: Evaluate marketing channel performance and campaign effectiveness Analyze pricing, promotions, and customer behavior Track and interpret CAC, ARPU, and conversion metrics Identify areas of inefficient spend and growth opportunity Cross-Functional Partnership: Work directly with Sales and Marketing leaders to support growth initiatives Provide data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes Act as a strategic thought partner across teams Build & Improve: Develop models linking marketing activity to financial performance Improve reporting processes and visibility Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements What Sets This Role Apart: This role requires a competitive antenna. Our markets move competitor outages, pricing shifts, neighborhood sentiment, competition moving in. We expect this person to be monitoring those signals and translating them into actionable recommendations quickly: a targeted campaign, a revised offer, a sales talking point.
