Your Role Lead and mentor a crew of carpenters and apprentices, managing projects from framing through finish. Ensure every detail meets our high standards while fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
Supervise carpentry crews on residential remodels and additions
Execute complex framing and finish carpentry tasks
Interpret plans, manage budgets, schedules, and materials
Lead safety meetings and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance
Train and mentor team members
Communicate clearly with clients, leadership, and subcontractors
Represent WORKS by JD with professionalism on-site and in the community
What You Bring
10+ years of high-end residential carpentry experience
Proven leadership and team management skills Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
OSHA 10 and RRP certifications preferred
Physically capable of handling demanding work in all weather
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
