Job Summary Tatum by Randstad is seeking an experienced

Workday HCM Report Writer

for a 2-3 month staff augmentation contract. Following our mid-March Go‑Live, we are looking for a technical expert to support the Director of HRIS during the hyper‑care phase. You will act as a key resource in translating complex business needs into functional reports within our new ecosystem.

Project Overview This project focuses on stabilizing our reporting environment for a diverse portfolio of resorts and casinos. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of requests and navigating an expansive data dictionary to support operational management and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Build, modify, and optimize Workday‑delivered and custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, and Composite).

Develop critical Labor Analytics reports, specifically focusing on Overtime (OT) tracking (prior to timekeeping submission), New Hires, and Terminations.

Generate essential Compliance and Regulatory reports, including Gaming and Culinary Union requirements.

Assist in building the "Kitchen Sink" comprehensive labor report for leadership.

Partner closely with the Director of HRIS and SVP of HR to define parameters and ensure data integrity across Business Objects.

Qualifications The successful consultant will function at a

Senior/Director level of HRIS expertise , demonstrating extensive experience in

Workday HCM Report Writing . Candidates must possess a proven track record of managing reporting for large‑scale, high‑revenue organizations ($600M+).

Workday ERP System:

Expert‑level proficiency in Workday HCM architecture, including deep knowledge of Business Objects and Calculated Fields.

Management & Skills:

Ability to work at a quick, post‑go‑live pace within an intense, highly cohesive team environment.

Industry Expertise:

Previous experience in Hospitality, Gaming, or Resorts is highly preferred.

Location Requirement Must be available to work on‑site 5 days a week at our Las Vegas HQ
