Key Responsibilities
Identify high-value automation and AI opportunities across various business functions Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives from scoping to implementation Build relationships with business leaders to foster a culture of continuous automation thinking
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in operations, business transformation, or technology roles with hands-on AI and automation experience Strong understanding of LLMs, workflow automation platforms, and AI integration patterns Proven track record of delivering measurable, automation-driven improvements at enterprise scale Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language and solve technical problems Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
