Junior Technical Writer

A company is looking for a Junior Technical Writer.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, FAQs, API documentation, SOPs, and release notes Review and edit existing documentation to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and effectiveness Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce detailed technical specifications and translate complex concepts into understandable language
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or similar field 3 - 4 years of experience in technical writing or procedural writing Familiarity with CMS and version control programs, preferably Git Basic understanding of RESTful API standards, including JSON output Experience with B2B SaaS industry standards and Agile workflows is a plus
