Key Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and format proposal responses including executive summaries and implementation plans Analyze solicitations to identify requirements and develop compliance matrices Gather information from subject matter experts and manage multiple proposal timelines
Required Qualifications
3+ years in proposal writing, technical writing, or grant writing Experience with RFP/RFI/RFQ or grant submissions Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with proposal management tools preferred Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field Preferred: Grant Writing or Proposal Management certification
