A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant. Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level executive administrative support to the VP and Directors Manage meeting planning and logistics, including agendas and presentations Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reporting for senior leadership

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level leadership Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Current Notary Public commission or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire Experience in processing invoices and managing purchase orders Ability to manage high-volume physical mail and coordinate sensitive document distribution
