Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the multi-year Global Total Rewards vision aligned with the company's long-term strategy Architect scalable global compensation and benefits frameworks to ensure consistency and local flexibility Direct the execution of annual global compensation cycles and oversee global compensation operations
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in Global Total Rewards, including 5 years in an executive leadership role Deep understanding of global business models and financial drivers Proven experience partnering with senior leaders on executive compensation frameworks Knowledge of international labor laws and compliance frameworks Skills in change management and influencing at the C-suite level
